Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to lead projects, programs, organizations, and run a private business. Though the exact titles and responsibilties associated with each role varied greatly, they all allowed me to connect with people, develop my abilities, and grow as a creative professional. These have given me a broad understanding of how organizations function, as well as how to persevere and problem solve when challenges occur.
